About
A little background.
Software engineering, from the interface to the infrastructure.
I’m shwstppr, a software engineer with roots in Qt and C++. My earlier work involved desktop and mobile applications, including the Symbian, MeeGo, and BlackBerry 10 platforms.
My focus later moved toward cloud infrastructure and open source, including engineering around Apache CloudStack.
This website is a place to bring those threads together: what I’ve worked on, how I think about building software, and the experiences that come with being part of a community.
